Board and Backlog Filters Concept

The Agile Tools & Filters introduces a new concept of private and shared team board & backlog filters.

• Private user filters - users can create their own private sets of filters
• Shared filters - extended Quick Filters concept
  
• Filters separation - users can separate backlog & board filters 
• Cleaner access - a new list of filters
• Reduce the number of Quick Filters 
• Easy Import/Export/Copy To (see Import & Export filters page)

Accessing filters

Shared filters will be always displayed on both backlog and board.

Kanban boards will show Backlog & Board filters on the same list unless KanPlan (Backlog for Kanban) is enabled.

Creating new filters

New filters can be created using:

1. Copy or move filters using Filter Manager
2. Import & Export filters functionality
3. Save As... dialog.
