Board and Backlog Filters Concept
The Agile Tools & Filters introduces a new concept of private and shared team board & backlog filters.
- Private user filters - users can create their own private sets of filters
- Shared filters - extended Quick Filters concept
- Filters separation - users can separate backlog & board filters
- Cleaner access - a new list of filters
- Reduce the number of Quick Filters (see Reducing the number of Quick Filters on the board & backlog page)
- Easy Import/Export/Copy To (see Import & Export filters page)
Accessing filters
Shared filters will be always displayed on both backlog and board.
Kanban boards will show Backlog & Board filters on the same list unless KanPlan (Backlog for Kanban) is enabled.
Creating new filters
New filters can be created using:
- Filter Manager
- Import & Export filters functionality
- Save As... dialog.
For most users we do recommend the Save As.. dialog.
