Agile Tools & Filters for Jira Software is sold as a license. The price is based on the number of users for the app and your Jira Software hosting type. The app supports Data Center & Server platforms.
Data Center
Data Center apps are sold as an annual subscription. You are eligible for support and version updates as long as your subscription is active. You can renew maintenance after 12 months at 50% of the current purchase price. You can upgrade the tier of your host product and app licenses at any time.

Server
Important notice!
In November 2020 Atlassian announced end of server sales. What this means for server users:
New Agile Tools & Filters for Jira Software server licence can be purchased until February 2, 2022
Existing licenses maintanance for Agile Tools & Filters for Jira Software app can be extended up to 2nd Feb 2024 (last purchase can be made until 1st Feb 2023)
Licences are perpetual and the purchase price includes 12 months of maintenance (support and version updates). You can renew maintenance after 12 months at 50% of the current purchase price. You can upgrade the tier of your host product and app licenses at any time.
