You you're facing any issues related to the installation please do the following:
- If you install the plugin manually make sure you're using the correct JAR version - there are JIRA 6 and JIRA 7 specific jars.
- In JIRA 6 make sure you've updated your JIRA Agile plugin to 6.7.6+.
We don't support previous JIRA Agile versions and its not possible to restrict this during installation. - Uninstall the plugin and reinstall again and in some rare cases JIRA restart is required.
